Packing & Shipping

1) Tile (1cm - 1.2cm): 800 - 1000 m2/container. Paper box inside + wooden crate outside.

2) Tile (1.5cm+): 200 - 600 m2/container. Wooden crate with polished face to face.

3) Slabs: Packed in wooden bundles with polished face to face.

Yes, we accept retail orders for personal building projects. We do both wholesaling and retailing. The MOQ is typically 100M2 or a half container depending on specifications.

What is the typical lead time for an order?

Normally, one container order requires 10 - 15 days to finish, depending on the specific products and quantity.

What are your payment terms?

We accept a 30% deposit by T/T, with the 70% balance due upon sight of the copy B/L. We also accept L/C, Western Union, and Trade Assurance.
