The first step in SPC flooring manufacturing is extrusion. 4 fully automated extrusion lines for high efficiency and consistent quality. Daily capacity produces 25000+ sqm of 4mm thickness SPC flooring in 24 hours.
The UV coating process utilizes a fully automated production line with an 8-hour production capacity of at least 5,000 square meters. UV coating can create glossy, matte, or semi-matte finishes, making the SPC flooring more wear-resistant and non-slip.
This process primarily cuts SPC flooring to the desired size and creates the four-edge locking clips. Our production capacity is at least 7,000 square meters in 8 hours.
Materials include IXPE (1mm) and EVA (1.5mm/1mm). IXPE sound insulation mats can reduce noise by up to 18dB, providing a quieter and more comfortable walking experience.
We have a fully automated packaging line capable of packaging at least 2,000 packages of SPC flooring in 8 hours. Customized packaging is available, followed by palletizing with density board or multi-layer board and paper corner protectors.
