Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we do. We keep no stock or very little stock for the products we promote. We do have a M.O.Q requirement to start production. This M.O.Q varies by the technics and machines. Normally, it is around 1 pallet or half pallet load per item.
What is your return policy?
Orders cannot be cancelled and returned unless for quality problem reasons.
What is your quality and quality assurance?
Our products are manufactured in compliance with strict quality standards in the industry. We keep a top quality level and are committed to continuously improving our product quality. We provide free replacement or refund for any shipments with quality problems.
What is your lead time?
From 2 weeks to 8 weeks, it varies by the quantities of your order. Normally, one 20' feet container order is shipped within 4 weeks.
What are the shipping methods for samples?
Samples are usually shipped by international courier companies such as Fedex, DHL, UPS, and TNT. If you have an account with these companies, you may arrange a pick up, or provide us with your account number to handle it for you.
Can you send me samples? Are they free?
Yes, they are free of charge unless you need large quantities for distribution. However, we do not provide free shipping; international shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
