How do you ensure the cargo quality?
We have an experienced QC team of over 10 people who detect stone quality and specifications piece by piece, monitoring every process until packaging is complete. Third-party inspections are also welcome.
How is shipping arranged from China?
The first shipment usually takes 10-25 days after the deposit. We work with professional freight forwarders for customs clearance and even offer door-to-door delivery services to save you time.
Are samples provided for free?
Yes, we offer samples free of charge. The buyer covers the initial delivery costs (DHL, FedEx, etc.), which are refunded once the formal order is confirmed.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our regular MOQ is between 20-50 sqm or approximately 1 ton for pebble stones. Trial orders are always available for discussion.
What are the payment terms?
For amounts less than USD 2000, 100% payment is required before processing. For amounts over USD 2000, a 30% deposit is required before processing, with the remaining 70% due before shipping.
